Live veterinary‑led dissection | Online access
Featuring Kate Granshaw BVetMed(Hons) CertAVP (EM, ESOrth)
If you work with horses and want real anatomical understanding of the lower limb and hoof, not just diagrams, not just theory, this online training gives you front‑row access to one of our most in‑demand CPD/CE days.
You’ll see exactly what in‑person delegates see. You’ll hear the same explanations, clinical insights and case‑based discussion.
And you’ll leave with understanding you can apply immediately in practice.
Without travel. Without accommodation. Without giving up an entire day on the road. This veterinary-led dissection training is designed to give you insight you can immediately apply in practice with horses on your caseload.
NBCAAM CE Provider and NBCAAM recognised CE.
Accredited CPD for BHS APCs.

"I honestly didn't think an online dissection class could possible teach, show and give me so much understanding and in such detail. Enough time to look at, comprehend and take in what you see. It was like being there in person. The camera angles, the mini camera within body parts, close ups were amazing. I can't wait for the next one! As a physical therapist I cannot be more thankful for this training!"

"It’s sometimes hard to get away for CE’s and dissections are not widely marketed here in the U.S. To have the opportunity to participate virtually in the dissections brings so much more opportunities to learn and reinforce education. It was affordable, visual angles were great, Dr. Kate was excellent. I’ll be recommending attendance to my students as well for future dissections!
How structures interact under load
Where breakdown actually occurs
Why certain pathologies present the way they do
Why some rehab plans stall and others succeed.
That clarity changes how you assess, explain and treat.

This is not a passive webinar. It’s a structured, clinical learning experience, designed specifically for equine professionals.
Anatomy - what goes where & why
Refresh your anatomy knowledge starting with a classroom based lecture from our vet. Then get 'hands on' with our led dissection to discover exactly what goes where, how and why it all works together. We will be examining the lower limb, fetlock joint inside the hoof capsule, and so much more.
Diseases & pathologies
Our dissection days allow our attendees to really look close up at the presentation of various diseases and pathologies. The training will cover Splints, Soft tissue injuries, Navicular, Arthritis, Laminitis, Osteoarthritis and so much more.
Prevention & helping horses
The ethos behind NKC Equestrian Training is helping horses. The dissection day will look at the steps we can take as riders, owners and professionals to prevent disorders in the head and neck, and improve understanding of signs and symptoms that so often get missed.
We understand that dissection can feel confronting, especially online.
This training is delivered with complete professionalism and respect. Specimens are prepared clinically, and the focus is entirely on education, clarity and application. We are grateful for each specimen and they all tell a story - and with this knowledge we can all help more horses.
For many online attendees, watching rather than participating physically actually makes this easier while still delivering the depth of understanding that textbooks never can.

I would recommend all coaches to attend one of these workshops - I done it online from the comfort of my office and there was no disadvantage to attending in person. Ten stars!!
